My Daughter has moved into a new uni flat and has no service in or around the flat, is there anything we can do about it?

Welcome to the Three Community, we'll do our best to help.
Firstly I'd check the coverage for the area, on this page you can also click the button for "Network Status" to see if there's any temporary faults or engineering works that are affecting this.
If she has WiFi access then she should also check to make sure WiFi calling is enabled, this will use the WiFi signal for her calls and texts when there is only a weak signal, or none at all.
