I'm sorry the transition hasn't gone smoothly for your wife so far, not being able to make or receive calls isn't ideal. Let's figure out what's wrong.
- Does your wife still have her Virgin Media SIM card? If so, is that still working when she pops it into her phone and tries to make a call?
- With her new Three SIM card in, is she getting a signal or does she see 'no service'?
- Finally, what model of phone is your wife using?
