Oh, that's not so great. Since it's the weekend now, the number won't be able to change over until Monday at the earliest. Since it didn't transfer over as expected though, there could be an issue with the port in that's preventing it from completing. When did you provide your PAC to Three?

I provided it Thursday
For activation Friday
it was registered on the system as in progress but didn’t happen

Thanks for getting back to me @Enricob2, and it's disappointing to hear this.
Is your service still active with your previous provider, or has the number departed their network already?
Has Customer Services offered any clarity or explanation for what might be causing the delay?

They just keep telling me it will be done the next day but never gets done
the service is not active anymore with the number
