texting issues

I have been having issues sending text, most time I get a reply saying 'message sending failed' it happens only to some particular phone numbers. Please I need help

Hi @Shizo,

The topic you originally posted to was about a more widespread issue which was solved back in May. It's unlikely to be related, and we've moved your post to be a new topic so this will be more visible for you.

There's a couple of things which may narrow down the issue can you let me know the following?

• Have you recently brought your number to Three from another provider with a PAC?
• Are the numbers you're having trouble with all on one network?
• Are the numbers you can't reach all UK mobile numbers, or are they possibly premium or international ones?
