I live alone so use my phone hotspot for my Roku device. The issue I have is it will not play files in any way that is viewable. Heavily pixelated. It used to be ok but suddenly stopped being ok. My phones internet seems to be at a decent speed but that isn't translating to the hotspot at all. Why is this?

Sorry to hear that you're still having some issues with your connection. Did you get a chance to check out my reply on the other topic you posted to? Does our Network Status Checker show that we're working on any known issues in your area?
I'm not too familiar with Roku devices, but if I'm following correctly you can stream with no issues on the phone directly, and it's only when hotspotting that the quality seems to be an issue?
