Phone not ringing when someone calls

This is happening to my wife as well, the Phone is not ringing or showing a incoming call when someone calls, also when dialling out it appears that my phone is not connecting, however it connects to the other caller, but I can’t hear or talk to them

That's not so great. Can you confirm what phones you are both using? How long have you been having the issue?

iPhones, on and off last few weeks

Sorry to hear this. Are there any issues showing in your area on our Network Status Checker?

Have you checked to make sure that your software is fully up to date on both phones?

Yep, all updates are done

Hmm, is this happening with certain numbers or just with any number you call? Also, can you try resetting your network settings please?
