Phone not ringing when someone calls

This is happening to my wife as well, the Phone is not ringing or showing a incoming call when someone calls, also when dialling out it appears that my phone is not connecting, however it connects to the other caller, but I can’t hear or talk to them

Hmm, is this happening with certain numbers or just with any number you call? Also, can you try resetting your network settings please?
