Phone not working in greece

Hi all my daughter is in Kos and she has no service at all only can connect to WiFi she has look on 3 app and says she has roaming on her plan and it is turned on. Also she has tried to select a Manuel network over there in her settings and still not working. Any ideas thanks

Oh no, that's not what you want while travelling. Was the phone working at all when she arrived or has it had no service since getting there? Also, can you confirm if her phone is actually showing a "No Service" message, or is that just the term you used? If it's not showing a No Service message, what is showing in the network status area of the notification page? 

Can you also ask her to double check if the Data Roaming setting is active on the mobile phone?
