Hey there @Harrold77,

It's a shame to hear that your signal has dropped over the past few months.

Please have a look at the Network Coverage and Status to see if any known issues are impacting you currently.

It may also be worth resetting your network settings. This will remove any saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections but can sometimes help with network issues.

If you complete both of the above but still see no difference or clarity, please have a chat with Customer Services and we'll make sure this is investigated via your account.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi @Harrold77,

I just wanted to check in on this topic, as although a solution was accepted, it doesn't sound like this was sorted out at the time of your last post? Did you manage to find any solution or are you no further forwards?

Thanks,
Jonathan
