Purchased a data pack but it doesn't work

Please, I did 14-days unlimited Add-on (£20) Data and the money has been debited from my account but the data hasn't been credited. Its showing awaiting order on my basket. Please could you help me resolve this issue hence I need access to Internet for urgent reason.

I'm sorry to hear there's been a delay in getting the Add-on activated on your account.

Are you now able to use the Data Pack? Do you have access to the internet today?
