I am finding conflicting answers on the website. If you are in one of the 71 countries but don’t want to buy the data packs and have zero spending cap. can you still receive calls and texts from UK?

Im in Spain and cant make calls or sms. Data calls are fine. Showing local 5g network. Why is that please?
