Hi i am in france on a 7 day roaming package and now have no connection after 4 days
Have unlimited data plan in uk

You need to increase your spend cap if you have one to allow the ยฃ2 a day roaming charge.

Call customer service on +44 7782333333. Or you can use live chat to contact them. Iโm assuming you havenโt activated roaming and will need to do so. Also check whether youโve got roaming set up on your phone. Check network settings first.
