Hi i am in france on a 7 day roaming package and now have no connection after 4 days

 Have unlimited data plan in uk

Advice?

You need to increase your spend cap if you have one to allow the ยฃ2 a day roaming charge.

Call customer service on +44 7782333333. Or you can use live chat to contact them. Iโ€™m assuming you havenโ€™t activated roaming and will need to do so. Also check whether youโ€™ve got roaming set up on your phone. Check network settings first.
