Hi i am in france on a 7 day roaming package and now have no connection after 4 days

 Have unlimited data plan in uk

Advice?

You need to increase your spend cap if you have one to allow the £2 a day roaming charge.

Call customer service on +44 7782333333. Or you can use live chat to contact them. I’m assuming you haven’t activated roaming and will need to do so. Also check whether you’ve got roaming set up on your phone. Check network settings first.
