Have bought the Go Roam pass as i’m in Tenerife, it says i have 4G but nothing will work and i cannot use my data, roaming is switched on, i’ve turned off automatic network selection and tried restarting my phone

Check that your Spend Cap isn't set to zero, and that your Credit Limit isn't set to £1
