I placed order yesterday for 7 day roaming pass have an order code and I can’t seem to see o have this, it was a £28 add on as I am in turkey

It sounds like you have purchased the correct pass. Once it's purchased, you don't need to do anything else to activate it. Once you get to the destination, or if you're already at the destination, you should simply be able to start using the phone. It's best to ensure you have a spend cap in place to avoid any accidental spending as well.
