Services not back after payment

My services were cut off due to late payment of my bill. I have now payed it but my services are still restricted. I usually get a text to say either my services will be on within 2 hours or that they are in and to restart my phone. I have also rang 333 to see if there is a couple of pence outstanding on the bill and there is nothing to pay

From your wording it sounds as though this isn’t the first time this has happened so perhaps you need to chase c/s more. From what I’ve read it can take between two and twenty four hours to be reconnected. You could try turning your phone off and on as an interim to see if that makes any difference.
