Best solution What are my options after hitting 12GB fair use

Hi. I’m currently abroad in Croatia and have hit the 12GB of fair use. Will buying an add on help or will I have to pay a surcharge for the rest of the holiday or until the next billing cycle. I have pay monthly unlimited data.

I filled in the forms and gave pac code, transferring my giffgaff number to three, I got a text to confirm it will happen today but it's gotten to 6pm and still nothing and it said it would be done within 24 hours...why is it taking so long???
