I have just upgraded my contract but after that I am unable to receive any calls or texts
i have tried to call customer services but they were unable to resolve the issue
i am frustrated
what can I do

Hello, Muhammad.
It's quite strange that they would stop just after upgrading. Did you do any kind of number transfer or porting of your number during the process?
Can you confirm what happens when some one tried to call you? Can you call out OK?
