For the past fortnight I have been unable to use the internet, apps, maps anywhere round where I live (East Sussex), on the way to/from work in central London & also while in central London. I have switched phone on & off, reset the mobile data settings multiple times. The phone shows strong signal & 4G - but nothing happens. And yet my work phone on a different provider works confidently everywhere.
For both home & work postcodes the system says “work is being done on the network in this area”……for the last 10 days
Not on a contract & have only been staying with 3 due to my having no charges for roaming - not sure if that is worth it if this is the service I get when at home!

Same issues here network has been getting worse for past few years.
I've spoke to technical assistants many times and its the same old routine ie. Reset network settings etc and then sorry looks like you need a new sim !
What again it's my 3rd sim in 3 years whats going on three??
I have a 3 year old Samsung s21 plus original purchase with three.
I swear they do this just so you upgrade

It's concerning to hear you're having these issues with our network. It does sound like there could be an issue with your SIM if you're showing strong 4G but getting no signal with this. We do have a Coverage Checker which you can look at if you're experiencing any issues in certain areas, this will show if there's any issues or work being carried out.
However, we do need to check why this is happening and get you up and running again. If you get in touch with our Customer Support Team they'll be able to run some tests on your account and get to the bottom of this.
