Hi,I am struggling to get online with my phone,tried everything in settings to no avail..Only getting 1 bar on signal,talked to 3.. got no sense,already done everything before they told me what to do...Thinking of throwing my sim away and going to Vodafone...Had enough,if anyone knows,would really appreciate...Thanks.

Have you just joined 3? If you have you may be within the cancellation window.

If you have been with 3 for a while is this problem recent? If it is, is there anything shown on the 3 network status checker?

Do you have another phone that you can put your SIM into and another network SIM you can put in your phone?
