my phone Contact didn’t pay due 9th November to 9th December late missing payment

Hi Tammy, I had a quick search of the 3 website and they do not make it easy for you to get in touch. This link Accessibility webchat - Support - Three is for their accessibility team who, one hopes, can either sort your problem or point you in th right direction. I am not sure when they open but would not be surprised if it's as late as 9.30 so good job it's not an emergency.

Did you manage to get help with this? The accessibility team that @sc1999 linked to below should be able to sort things out, but please let me know if you're still running into any difficulties..
