I have just received my iphone 16 pro max. Im a new customer to 3 (switching from o2). I have put my new three sim in my iphone and i have not received any activation messages and my phone just says no service. How can i activate my sim if i am not receiving the activation texts. I cannot ring three because the phone has no service?

Sorry to hear you've been unable to activate your SIM. Can you please confirm if this is still the case today?
Usually, we'll text you to let you know we've begun activating your SIM. This should only take about 30 minutes but during busy periods it may take longer.
However, as your network is displaying as having no service, this would indicate that it's maybe not being detected. Can you try to remove the SIM and put it back in?

Its been 24 hours and it’s still showing as no service. I have reset the phone many times and removed the sim and placed it back in but that doesnt solve anything. Please advise?

Thanks for getting back to me, and I'm sorry to hear you've still been without service.
Have you tried any other SIMs in the device to rule out that it's device-related?
If you're still without service, and the transfer date has long passed, it may be that a replacement SIM is required.
Are you able to pop to a store to request this with photo ID? If your account isn't live yet, this may not be possible via our online customer support team.
