Just upgraded from monthly sim only unlimited calls/texts and 4g data to 24 month simo lite unlimited data/calls/texts. Order says complete but when does it begin as still cannot get any data access for internet.
If it’s the same SIM card there shouldn’t be any interruption. If it’s a new sim it can take 24 hours to activate. Try restarting your phone,failing that call 333.
