Suspicious phone calling

I received a phone call call from someone claiming to be EE IT WAS A  London number receiving a phone call does it pose a risk ?

Ask EE. This is Three so we wouldn’t know the origin of the number.

Hi @Davycrocket,

I agree, I can only really speak to Three's policy here, which is that we wouldn't use a landline (beginning 01 or 02), or a mobile (beginning 07) for any official customer contact. I'd be highly surprised if EE don't follow a similar policy, but I can't speak for them here, we can only speculate.
