Is anyone having issues with the three network? Particularly since 2am my services are intermittent and my other sim (smarty) can't make or receive calls and VoLTE is switched on (I know this isn't the community for smarty just thought I should mention this)

It looks like there was a temporary outage in the morning which may have been relevant. Has your service improved in the meantime since posting?
