I’m unable to top up my phone via 333 / 444 or via the app

You of course won’t be able to access 333 from a payg number but what happens when you try 444 or try to top up using the app? Have you tried either topping up online or failing that starting a live chat with customer service possibly using WiFi?

This morning I’m able to dial both.
However in app and web I’m receiving this error when trying to add data:
