Can anyone explain why my SIM card shows no network on personal but I have network on business. I’ve not got a business account

I'm sorry but I don't understand the question, when you say you have no network on personal but network on Business, what do you mean? If you haven’t got a business account what’s the relevance of saying you have “network on business”. Either way it’s a trip to customer service for you I’m afraid.
