Unable to receive Santander OTP

I can't seem to receive OTP from Santander to be able to complete my online banking registration. On Android 16 device with no blocked numbers nor filtering applied. Tried multiple SMS apps, no success.

Which make/model of device are you using? Are all verification texts coming through for other services being used?
