I have just upgraded and been sent my new handset today. I asked to keep my current number that I already have with Three. I transferred my sim from my old phone. However I've also had an email with a brand new number and i was able to activate it as an eSIM.
I want my old number, not a new one. What can I do!?

Did you buy the phone from 3 or a 3rd party? Have you tried inserting your old sim into the new phone? Try asking for a pac code for you old number. If you get one transfer your old number to a payg from another network, ask for a pac code from that network and then port the number back to 3. Long winded but others have had to take this route.

Hi @maceyevans,
You'll always get a new number although this will be temporary if you're porting a number over from your old provider. Did the message confirm we'd received your PAC and when the number transfer would complete? When was this scheduled for?
Thanks,
Jonathan
