Voicemail Restricted

My voicemail has been restricted and I have contacted the Chat Team several times and also been into the store and 

nobody seems to be able to resolve it, can you help?

I’m sorry but what do you define as voicemail restricted? Are you payg (out of credit) or contract (account issues)? Please be more specific as to your issue and one of us will try to help you. Failing that please contact customer service.
