5 days now. 5 days my 5g internet is so slow it’s unusable. When are you going to get it fixed?

Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your data speeds, have you seen any improvements in the meantime since posting? The info on our status checker can be quite limited, but did you get in touch with customer services? If so, did they have any more detailed advice or timescales to share?
