I do agree that the vagueness of the status checker is irritating in as much as even a rough date as to when the service will return to normal would be good. That said we can only offer tea and sympathy on this forum as we don’t have access to accounts.

No good asking on a COMMUNITY FORUM; you need to contact 3 Customer Service.

Waste time contacting THREE? Online chat with an agent 🤦🏼‍♂️ My post was to highlight network issues in an area and maybe, just maybe others would post similar. Unless it was only a cell near to me 🤷🏼‍♂️
