Really need some kind of update, this has been going on for hours now. Unable to contact anyone in the customer services to make a complaint as it just tells me there is no one available for chat. Atrocious customer experience.

I’m in London and have had this issue on and off for a while. I realised that my WiFi sometimes blocks the calls so I’ve come off it when expecting a call, but that isn’t working this time.

Funny how this network can contact you however they want but never communicate when there’s a problem with their network! Even their signal checker lies! We can’t even get broadband from three in Cornwall! Thank goodness for EE

Needed to make a call to the bank this morning and failed several times. In view of all the other problems I have had with 3 over the last few months am not impresed
