what is going on. No mobile internet, intermittent connection to the network, can't get authentication messages in the time they are valid. And to top it off, the support on the website is non-existent, literally help and support links to links that go round in circles.

Mines hideous. I was out today at Goodwood, I may as well have left my phone at home, couldn't make calls, couldn't get any form of Internet, my partner on EE, no issues at all.

Same. Chatted with them today. Kept telling me it's the phone so contact samsung or take it to who you bought it from! They are switching off 3G across the UK so check coverage checker to see if your area has been switched off. My area is due to switch off in September according to the website.

It's been a joke for myself too, live chat and calls have been useless, they don't seem to understand three years of not bad services goes to poo and they claim nothing is wrong, utter shower of you know what.
