Having the same issue here using iPhone on Carrier settings 50.1. Even after resetting network settings. No carrier settings update offered when clicking on settings>general>about.
again, has worked flawlessly for yrs and wifi calling on other networks (eg sky mobile) is working fine on other phones on this same wifi connection.
I have the same issue. Has anyone else experienced Wi‑Fi Calling suddenly stopping on Three UK?
My iPhone had Wi‑Fi Calling working reliably for years.
On Thursday, 6 November 2025, it stopped working without any changes to my device, SIM, or Wi‑Fi setup.
Another older handset on the same Wi‑Fi (with an EE SIM) continues to use Wi‑Fi Calling, so the Wi‑Fi connection itself is fine.
Three support suggested it was a Wi‑Fi issue or related to not having a data pack, but that doesn’t explain why the service worked perfectly for years under identical conditions.
I’d like to know if others are seeing the same issue.
Questions for the forum:
Has Wi‑Fi Calling stopped working for you recently on Three?
Did Three provide any clear explanation or resolution?
Could this be a wider change in Three’s systems rather than individual devices?
I'm not sure why a newer version wouldn't be pushed to the phone if it's available. It might be worth reaching out to Apple to see if they know of a way to push you onto the latest carrier settings version.
