There are no service issues displayed however there seems to be zero data or call coverage for last few weeks in Flackwell Heath (HP1* ***) and Hedsor Buckinghamshire (HP1* ***)

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with the coverage lately. We're seeing some signs of congestion which is being worked on in those locations, but it's a bit odd to see zero coverage. Are you not picking up any signal at all, or do you mean calls/data connections are failing or timing out?

Just to check, what make and model of phone are you using?
