Welcome to the Three Community. 

There's a lot of places you can visit in the Caribbean, so it's important to know where you are using the phone. You can check the specific locations in our Go Roam page. A Go Roam All Around the world pass will be needed for some destinations, and a Go Roam Extra pass will be needed for others. The Go Roam Page will confirm which one you need. 

It's important to remember that the passes do not work at sea, only when on land. To cover yourself, it's best to set your spend cap to £0 before you travel.

It sounds like you have a PAYG account? Go Roam Around the World Extra is a service available on Pay Monthly contract accounts. You can read more about this here: Introducing Go Roam Around the World Extra
