We arrived in Australia and although the signal is good and shows 4G, we are unable to use any data. It won’t load any web pages etc.

I've sent a reply to your other post about this on an existing conversation: Roaming - can make calls in Australia, but can't connect to internet
Let me know if any of the suggestions there about data settings, and network selection have been any help, or if you're still running into these issues?

This may sound daft but have your inadvertently turned off the 'Mobile Data' options on your phone ? If that's ok then maybe the local mast is overloaded in which case contact Three as theres an issue they need to sort out.. And have you asked Three to lift the Roaming bar on Data?
