My contract said roaming was active and now I can't call.
My girlfriend is in another hotel and I can't contact her.
Both phones are in my name and both have roaming.

Hi @emtee1357, this sounds super inconvenient, I'm sorry that's happening. Can you please tell us a little more about what's wrong so we can help?
Are you connected to a network or are you seeing 'no service'?
You can try popping into your network settings and turning automatic selection off. You should then see a list to choose from - our partner networks in Turkey are Turk Telecom or Turkcell.
Once you're connected, you should be able to make calls, send texts and use data. Keep in mind though, that Turkey isn't one of our Go Roam destinations, and therefore all usage there is chargeable. You'll find details on the costs on our destination pages.
If you have a spend cap in place on your account, this may impact your ability to use chargeable services. You can log into My3 to make any changes to your spend cap.
