Hi all,
I ordered a free PAYG / prepay 3 SIM.
What one off top up/data pack do I choose to get data that does not expire for 12 months?
I see a one off 120GB for £20 but it doesn't mention expiry and I am guessing that expires after 1 month?
How do I buy the 12 month data pre-pay products? Or do they no longer exist?
Hoping I can find help here. 3 customer service is non-existent.

Thanks for that, I think I follow now.
It's the Mobile Broadband PAYG Sims that have the potential 12 or 24 month data packs. It seems like you can only order these with a datapack at time of order.
The regular voice PAYG SIM I have via ordering a free SIM can only have a 1 month data pack.
I only need for a backup, an LTE contingency in case of FTTP broadband outage (use phone as AP), so will see how I get on and put a one off one month top on if need be.
Lack of a customer service function puts me off spending anything up front.
