Hi, sometimes when i log into my Three account I'm NOT two factor authenticated 2fa, I do not have to enter my number to receive one time code via txt message. I'm let straight in with only my password.
This has been intermittent over the past few days. I've also been having issues with my SIM, I order a new SIM is stops working, zero bats zero connectivity, repeat 5 times..

Hi - quick test and it appears to be a caching issue. Three login must cache my session cookies after successful 2fa login and subsequent logins do not require 2fa, until the session times out or i clear my browser cache. i guess not an issue aftercall.

Morning Winny!
We've taken on board lots of feedback about the app, and one of the pain points was having to do this every time when logging in. After the update, what is happening is correct behaviour. When you receive the initial 2FA - you won't be asked every time thereafter. We would recommend you set up biometrics though to help with ease of access too!
Thanks!
