I got 3 App and I am registered. For some reason I can’t login?

Hi, we all suffer from this occasionally.  Try turning off WiFi and connect over the 3 network.

Welcome to the Three Community.

As @sc1999 suggested it may help to try logging in whilst connected to a Three signal instead of WiFi. If this doesn't work please let us know, and also any error messages you're seeing?
