Hi my Elderly mum keeps on getting billed by 3 even though she has cancelled, there was also a number she did not recognise and we told them to cancel as not hers..I have called on behalf of her numerous times, they say all cancelled but still not sorted. 3 keeps on sending her bills, now they have referred to the debt collection. My mum’s health is affected because of this. 3 is really bad, I can’t advise anyone to get this service.

There’s quite a bit to unpick here. Was your Mum a contract customer? Was she mid contract and is the money Three are asking for an early termination fee? You say there’s a number she doesn’t recognise,is this a number Three say is hers or a call made FROM her Three number? You also say you’ve called on her behalf;did she give the adviser her consent to speak to you or was it a general conversation? Please understand I’m not intentionally being rude to you,just pointing out pitfalls that I see in your post rightly or wrongly.I’d suggest as a starting point you make a complaint via the Three homepage and get it investigated properly. I’d do that now because this is a public discussion forum with no access to your Mums account and like her we’re just customers.
