I have a credit on my account which was given as a gesture of goodwill mainly down to my credit limit for three pay not reset as it should have done along with my billing dates. The credit I have would clear my upcoming bill and possibly my next 2 bills for November and December. I was told that the credit being applied would allow me to use my three pay and that my credit limit would reset again today. I then went ahead using what I thought the credit ( the good will gesture given) was given for, to use my three pay. I seems this did not. Instead what happened was, my actual credit limit was reset as it should have and the account credit remains. Why was this the case, ?
also why has the account credit / balance not went towards resetting my credit limit ?
can this be applied to clear and reset my credit limit as I was told it was to do, it should not have been applied to my future bill

Hey @Lynsey122,
Thanks for reaching out.
When credits are applied to an account, this would apply to your next bill if the current bill has already been generated.
You should be able to view the credit on your account when your next bill is available.
Regarding your Credit Limit, there is a maximum spend of £40 per transaction and a £240 limit per month. If this has reset, you should be able to use ThreePay services and you'll see the credit going towards next months bill.
If you need any further clarity on this, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Service team.
Thanks,
Kate
