Account in credit question.

Hi, I just renewed my contract in April and mays bill was the same as my old contract usually was and I paid in full. Now my bill says is -£13 something, my question is will this just be taken off the balance of my next bill or will it get refunded/do I have to request a refund?

It will just be deducted from your next bill.
