I have two accounts in my name, one for myself and one for my wife. I want to access my wife’s account of which I’m the bill payer for both accounts. I try to access the second account but I can’t gain access m. I’d like to speak to a real person which seems to be nye on impossible nowadays and it is driving me mad. Can anyone help at all?
