Hello dear friend, I am one of your good customers and I bought some sim cards and internet from you. I got a SIM card from you, but I don't need it at all. Please cancel it for me because I don't have the money to pay it every month

You've posted to Three's customer Community rather than contacting Three directly, so this space is more intended for customers to discuss issues with each other, and provide feedback on their experiences. We can't access your account, or make changes from here.
