Hiya
I upgraded my pay as you go monthly £10 and addon 14 days unlimited as I was going on holiday to Germany. I thought this would cover me in case I can’t use Wi-Fi. Well, even though there were no issues with payment, my account has been suspended since 27/12/2023. When I contacted live support, they suggested that I may have hit the fair use limit of 12GB for data roaming. So, I checked my data balance, and according to that, I have only used a little over 600MB. I can’t do anything until my account is reviewed, not even port my number. Now, I’m out £30 and my phone number, which is linked to my banking work, is useless as I can’t receive calls or texts or do text-based verifications

Sadly as mentioned its still wait for review whenever i contact them, but thxs
