Since taking out a new contract with 3, my account has been set up as a user and not the owner, stopping me from seeing when bills are coming out etc. Everything I select an option I get hit with a "You are not the account owner".
I have been through the live chat a dozen times, each saying that there is no issue and I should be able to do what I like.
I have been in store and he said it because they've merged my 5G WiFi and my phone accounts incorrectly and to connect to WiFi and it should resolve it. Which it has not
Has anybody been through the "You are not the account owner" issue and have any tips for this?
