I was trying to enable "Always forward" using the mobile function or using **21* to enable it. But both failed. And, I reached out to customer support. The support told that Three only has the call forward options below and Three doesn't have the "Always forward" option.
1. i'm not available
2. i dont answer after 5 sec
3. i'm on another call
Is anyone can enable "Always forward" on Three?

Hi @kwyau126,
If you try *21*07782333123# does this work? If so you should be able to use #21# in the future to cancel the immediate divert.
07782333123 is our Voicemail service, if you'd prefer you can put an alternative UK landline or mobile number in that part. Please note that calls diverted to a number other than Voicemail will incur charges if you don't have any allowance left for UK calls.
